As
many of my blog readers know, I have been working in real estate for
the past few years. Real estate in NYC is a whole other world here. You
are dealing with sky high budgets of the 1% of America. It only makes me
question-where is the recession? I know it's affecting new York, but
when you read the big sales of the day it's hard to believe. Especially
hard, when you come across things like this-
We all dream of having our little piece of the big apple, and while I show apartments I always try to find my little piece. Will I be able to afford one of these one day? And If you know someone who can right now and is looking to buy...send them my way!!
